Sausage Pasta

very good and easy. i used sweet italian sausage. and fresh spinach. left out the chicken broth since everyone said it was to liquidy. and it was perfect.

this was a little to thin for me. i used v8 for the tomato juice. and diced tomatosmin place of the tomato sauce. but it taasted good. i cooked mine in the slow cooker all day

Smushed Apples and Sweet Potatoes

im not a fan of sweet poatoes. but i liked this. i added a little brown sugar and used extra apples. i also cooked my potatoes in the microwave. cant wait to make this for christmas

i didnt care for the tast of this. next time i will just use sweetened whipped cream. i served with with lemon curd and scones from this site. btw i have never had real clotted cream, so i have nothing to compare it to.

Microwave Lemon Curd

i changed the serving size to 5 so i could use 1 egg. i started with a room temp. egg and didnt have a problem with curdling. this was pretty good even though i used frozen bottled lemon juice. and left out the zest since i didnt have any lemons.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

i love this soup. me and my daughter weren't feeling well. so i made this for us. i used more vegetable stock (all i could find) and chicken broth then called for. i didnt cook the noodles in the soup. i kept them on the side and added them to each bowl when i served it.

New Wife Tuna Salad

this is the best tuna salad ever. i changed the serving size to 3. i used 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites. used onion powder in place of the chopped onion. yellow mustard, and chopped dill pickle for the relish. since thats what i had on hand. had it for lunch with ritz crackers.

Apple Sheet Cake

very good and easy. next time i will increse the dough amount be half, since i didnt have enough to cover the top completly. i didnt add the frosting this time and they were still great. i forgot to add the butter to the apples, tasted great with out it.

Simple Beef Stroganoff

this was really good. i cooked my beef in 1/2 an onion & a clove of garlic. added a can of water and some beef bullion. served over buttered egg noodles.

Easy Cream Cheese Danish

i love these. i used one pack regular cream cheese & one pack 1/3 less fat cream cheese. used 1/2 tsp lemon extract in place of lemon juice. i doubled the amount of vanilla. and didnt use the icing. they were perfect with out it.

Green Bean Casserole I

Banana Milk Drink

this was very good. had it this morning with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. i left out the sugar. it tasted fine with out it. my 3 y/o also enjoyed this.
