Im a mum of 3 I also have a step son who stays with us every weekend. Ilive with my gorgeous fiance in Leicester. Im also a full time bakery student in my last couple of weeks of my course :o( Lemon drizzle cake, soft choc chip cookies, my famous energy bars, mexican food especially chilli and mexican rice, most breads my mums coconut tarts and bread pudding I made my first ordered birthday cake that i baked and decorated myself(sounds simple but im not a bit artistic so the decorating bit was difficult lol) turned out brilliant and my friends daughter loved her birthday cake.. My Daughters 13th birthday cake... My oven decided to give up whilst i was cooking it :0(
