About this Cook
I love to cook, though I don't have a lot of time to :( If I am not cooking on the weekends, I am either playing soccer or running, or writing stories. I love to write and draw.
My favorite things to cook
I love making breakfast, especially pancakes, as simple as they may be :D I also love making recipes with potatoes, like home fries with garlic, for my family.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Well, we make homemade pizza almost every Thursday, when we watch our favorite T.V show
My cooking triumphs
One day I found a great pancake recipe but that made too many servings, so I cut the recipe in half. But then I spaced out and added the normal amount of flour, and the batter turned into this big blob of dough. It wouldn't mix with the milk afterwards, so I ended up baking it in the oven like a kind of bread. It actually tasted pretty good!
My cooking tragedies
A LOT, that's for sure....

Extreme Crepes
awesome - these crepes turned out just right, my family all loved them! Great flavor and texture. I definitely need to make these again some time!

Pancakes
they had an okay taste but were pretty plain; I added about 1/2 tablespoon of sugar. They also turned out really flat. I added a half teaspoon of baking powder to the mix after I made the first two pancakes.
