Bacon and Tomato Cups
I made these for a party last night and they were a HUGE hit. Gone within seconds! I doubled the recipe, and used 2T mayo and 1/4 c ranch dressing, 1/2 sweet onion and then used mozzarella instead of swiss. I also cut the biscuit dough into quarters. I baked them before hand and then put them in the oven 350 for 10 minutes to heat up before serving. AWESOME!!
