I am an avid motorcyclist and have been riding 30 plus years. I'm also a lead blues guitarist and am currently in a band. I love to travel I have been all around this wonderful country on my Harley. I guess I would have to say that Cajun is my all time favorite style of cooking. Next is Mexican and then Italian. I like a robust flavor in my cooking. My Dad was pretty good at a number of recipes. One thing that stands out is his Hungarian type of goulosh. My mom had a recipe for a cream corn cassarole that was usually served on holidays. Well...I have made meals for family and friends. The buffalo wings are pretty good,chicken subs, chicken enchilatas, pulled pork and beef sandwiches turned out great. There are enough mistakes to fill a pretty big book! I just don't have the time or the desire to list them for you fine folks, but believe me I made alot of goof ups.
