I live in Boise, and am currently 14 years old. I love to cook, especially healthy foods. I do basketball, soccer, and track, where I run the mile and half mile. Cooking makes me feel so good inside, and I only want to get better. I love to cook everything! As long as it is somewhat healthy, I will most likely cook it! My favorite to make is entrees, but the best to eat is any kind of healthy dessert. My family goes for the simple and delicious. They range from Chicken fried in pancake batter, to homemade brown sugar ice cream. Even though I'm a healthnut, I still save room for all the traditional meals. My cooking triumphs mostly happen by mistake, but that's how brownies and chips were made so it's all good! I am probably most famous for my white chocolate heath cheesecake and parmeasan pork. My biggest cooking tradgedy was when I first started cooking. I wanted to soften cream cheese, and I didn't know the outside wrapper was considered metal. The microwave caught on fire, and it's still black on the inside!
