Hamburger Pie

very easy! i made mine with ground venison though. i had to find a recipe that i could use it up with. i also used a box of herb and garlic and a box of four cheese instant potatoes to offset the flavor of the meat. i didnt add onions because my husband does not like them, so i used onion powder instead, garlic, seasonings and i had to use mozz cheese because i ran out of cheddar. i also added grated parm cheese to the meat mix. baked as directed and it turned out pretty good! ill be making this whenever deer season comes around

Chicken Pot Pie IX

This was an awesome recipe, but I did make a few alterations. My husband is extremely picky and hates onions. So I just used onion powder and onion salt for the flavor. I made this once following the recipe exact and another time I didn't have any milk or broth so I used half a can of cream of chicken soup instead. And added some shredded sharp cheddar before putting on the top crust. Turned out great and my hubby and son liked it better with the soup mixture. I kept everything else the same.

Yummy! This recipe is awesome! I made these with some steak and salad, my family loved it! Now when my in laws come to visit they always want these and they are pretty easy with some planning ahead! My husband hates cream cheese, but he doesn't even know I use it in this recipe!

Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2009
Great recipe! My husband is a very picky eater. No onions, tomatoes, mushrooms etc.. So to cook for him I make some adjustments. I followed pretty much everything, except I used onion powder instead of onions. He likes the flavor but not the chunks..I also took out the tomatoes and zuccini. I think I didn't have enough liquid or I cooked it for too long, because it came out more like a pasta dish, but my husband liked it better that way. And so did my 3 yr old. I topped it with some parm cheese and oregano, a little fresh parsley and they ate it up like crazy! Have been making regularly ever since.
