This sauce is missing one VERY IMPORTANT ingredient to make it into the perfect textured garlic sauce...a raw egg white. I know it may sound a little crazy but you will forget all about that little detail once you are eating it. Other than that, good recipe, thanks alot.

I am not sure how this white rice can taste like so much more than white rice, but then also taste exactly like white rice. I don't even usually like white rice! I love this white rice:)

These were so great. My husband loves his mothers potato pancakes, but will never let me make them for him because he's such a health nut. Sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes and plain yogurt instead of sour cream make these even better than the regular ones for us. The cilantro and lime really add a nice flavor that I never would have thought of. Will continue to make these always. Thanks!

This was amazing! I paired it with the elegant orzo with wilted spinach and pine nuts recipe from this site, both excellent, and they complimented each other beautifully. If you want to impress someone with a gourmet meal, make them this :)

This soup was incredible. My family loved, loved, loved it! I made it almost exactly like the original recipie. Only thing I did different was I minced up garlic and put in in the boiling broth, and I used trader joes cous cous (they are not the usual cous cous, more like pasta) All I can say is that I will make this again and again. This recipie is so easy and so delicious! I usually make broccolini and angelhair pasta with it. Everyone I've ever made it for loves it.
