Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2009
These are really melt in your mouth cookies. They are the perfect shortbread. If you like a sweeter cookie, you might want to sprinkle these with confectioners sugar as soon as you take them out of the oven.Thank you for sharing the recipe.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
This was my first attempt making cream cheese frosting, and I was so happy with this recipe. I made exactly 1/4 of the recipe, and did not change anything. This frosting is much better than the ready to use ones; those are not even comparable to this. It is more like the frosting in a specialty bakery shop. It is not sweet at all, and it the taste reminds me of a good cheesecake but much lighter. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2008
It's name says it all. The only change I made to the recipe was using 1/8 olive oil, and 1/8 butter. I also recomend if you like spicy food, you might want to double the peppers.

Buttery Rolls

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2008
This recipe is so good, I followed it step by step, but I kept it over night in refrigaratorafter after I left it for 1 hour to rise. The morning after I took it out 2 hours prior to baking, and left it in a warm, and dark place to rise again. They turned out perfect. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Peppy's Pita Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2008
I just became a member to rate this recipe. It is so easy to make. I do not even have a bread machine, and it took me just a few minutes to combine the ingredients, then I knead the dough for a few more minutes, shaped it into a ball, and left it to rise for 30 minutes, and I followed the instructions. My breads came out perfect. I put a bowl of boiling water in the oven to keep it moist in there. It's a fun thing to do with kids, my boys loved watching the bread blowing like a balloon in the oven. Thank you for sharing this recipe. Good luck...
