Bacon Wrapped Barbeque Shrimp
I precooked the bacon just enough where it was slightly browned yes soft enough to still wrap. This way it was cooked evenly on both sides and not gross. I skewered it and threw it on the grill, using barbeque sauce....delicious!!I've also tried this using apricot jelly mixed with a little ketchup. This was delicious to. You can get crafty with this.

Lobster Colorado
This was delicious!!! First time I did it in the broiler and it was awesome! My boyfriend loved it and said it was the best thing he's ever eaten in his entire life. This time I charcoal grilled it and it was even better!!!! Gotta get crafty with the lobster though. I Skewered it and cooked it on the grill brushing it with the butter

Famous Chicken Francaise
Its a good base. However I've ALWAYS dipped it in the flour before the egg. I've used this with recipe with shrimp & fish. But I'll use white cooking wine instead of broth. Tasty.
