Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
I only made one small modification by using mostly applesauce instead of oil. These muffins were DELICIOUS and super moist. Love them!

Honey Cornbread
Great cornbread! I made cornbread muffins with it. They are sweet and moist and yet still a little crisp on the outside. LOVE them!
