I cook a variety of things, but I'm more of a southern cook. I like to grill meats and fish, cook stews and soups, hearty casseroles and great desserts.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My Grandfather Clarence Moss was a cook! My Father Tell Burke Is a cook!My Uncle John was a cook! I am a cook! Some of the following dishes are family traditions: Chicken & Dumplings, Oxtail Stew and Buttered Rice, Biscuits, Chicken Divan, Deviled Egg Tater Salad, Macaroni Salad, Fried Chicken, Chicken Livers, Fried Oysters, Fried Pork Chops, Half Runer Beans, Fish Cakes, Pinto Beans & Cornbread, Cornbread Stuffing & Giblet Gravy, Baked Macaroni and Cheese, Quiches, Deviled Eggs, Marinated Tomatoes, Onion & Cucumbers, Old Kentucky Hot Browns, Pecan Pie, Corned Beef and Cabbage, and Chuck Roast to name a few.
