Chocolate Chip Muffins
I think these are definately missing something, the batter was very thick and the muffins too dry. I will try it again with some additional moisture. I wish I had read the other reviews before I tried it though..

Apple Muffins
I didn't read the other reviews until after I made them. I agree they are not very flavorful. It would have been helpful to know that this a diabetic recipe. Someone mentioned this in their review rating. Understanding that, they are not bad.
