I'am only 14 , but I consider myself a skilled cooker. I can cook anything from sushi to meatloaf.I love to cook I started when i was ten, at first just making simple things, the I started cooking for my family.Now i cook for dinner parties.
My favorite things to cook
I really dont have a favorite thing to cook, but I enjoy making japanese, thai, and chinese food,as well as seafood.I LOVE SEAFOOD.I really enjoy baking to.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I would have to say that would be,candied yams, and homemade buttermilk biscuits, and meatloaf stuffing on thanksgiving.As well as enchiladas, menudo.Oh, and my personal favorite RUM cAKE.
My cooking triumphs
cOOKING for a crowd of 5o people all by myself,appertizers,soup,salad,main entree, 3 different sides, and 4 different dessert,and getting multiple complements on all of them.Not to mention, to of my guest insisting on paying for the meal.
My cooking tragedies
Baking a batch of peacan sandies, and adding to much baking soda, then selling them at a bake sell.
