I burned the ribs 2 years ago when I had a friend over... Then on the 4th of July this year I tried to make a carne asada and it was terrible and I had to throw out 10lbs of steak...

Hawaiian Smoked Sausage
Made it this evening and the family loved it. I have a larger family so I doubled the recipe & used extra virgin olive oil instead of crisco but other than that I followed the ingredients exactly. I disagree about the prep time & cook time but I guess if you like your veggies more al dente' it would work. The flavor combination is a bit sweet so I think I will back off on the preserves to 3/4 of the recommended next time but other than that a good recipe.

Cheesy Tuna Dinner
Pretty bland.... I added Garlic, Sauteed Mushrooms and I Sauteed and seasoned the fish prior to adding to the recipe and It was still quite bland not one I'll be making again.

French Toast II
My Kids LOVED this ;) I did also try it with Vanilla extract in place of the Brown sugar and that was awesome.
