Pressure Cooker Carnitas
Great Pressure cooker recipe. After it's done just stir with a spoon to shred the pork. Great for making enchilladas. There is plenty of liquid left over that would probably go good over mashed potatos. Need to strain it for tacos.

Polish Sausage Kraut Skillet
This was really good. I drained the water off the kraut. Left out the sour cream and flour. It was perfect without it.

Cheesy Baked Salmon
It was ok. Just a little bland and a little fishy. I think some lemon juice would help.
