Quick Chicken And Wine
This was an excellent, and quick to throw together meal. The only thing I did differently was I used 2 Tablespoons of Butter, and about a 2 count of Garlic Infused Olive Oil. It was perfect, the family loved it.

Grilled Salmon Steaks with Savory Blueberry Sauce
Excellent recipe, a very unique collection of flavors, based on some other reviews, I decided to cook off some of the Balsamic, it still was a little strong. I think the next time around I will reduce the amount some. Great dish, and will be a nice suprise during service.

English Roast Beef
This was simple and easy, no fail. I used some White Cooking Wine with the water to add some flavor. The smells as it was cooking were to die for.
