The Best Bean and Ham Soup
This soup was surprisingly good. Even though I'm not a big bean fan I still enjoyed it. I followed the recipe with one exception, I used 1/2 chicken stock and 1/2 water and this cut down on the saltiness. Definitely worth a try if you have a leftover ham bone.

Great recipe. I followed it exactly (1 stick salted butter, 1 stick unsalted) and cooked them for 16 minutes. Perfect!

Easy Spinach Lasagna with White Sauce
No one in my house liked this at all. I followed the recipe, and used Sundried Tomatoe alfredo sauce. It was just not good. Too rich and the spinach was too much. I definitely will not make again.
