Red Bliss Potato Salad with Gorgonzola and Walnuts

Very tasty, but very vinegary. Still, I love no-mayo potato salad. I don't know where you can find "champagne vinegar" or even really what it is. Just use less of a regular white wine vinegar.

Carrot Pudding

Yum, tasty! Warning, though, this is NOT 12 servings. It was so good, 4 of us finished off the whole thing.

Microwave Mochi

My result was not quite as firm as other Mochi I've had, I cooked it 9 minutes. However, it tasted just the same, and it sure was easier than the other Mochi recipes out there!
