Anything, I love to try new receipes and styles of cooking. Not big on baking. Tamales for the holidays. We make a party out of it. My aunts do all the prep work, roasting the meats and making the chili from scratch. My grandma is the only one who holds the original receipe for her chili. The whole family gets together and everyone has a job. We have the best time listening to music and constructing our treasures. The worst tragedy was a Thanksgiving turkey I made with wine and garlic and there was some kind of reaction and the part of the turkey turned green. It looked weird but was delicious.
