High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
Wow, I didn't think this would work! I usually don't care for pink beef, but this stuff was soooooo good! All of my Super Bowl party guests loved it. Next time I'll trim the roast a little more than I did. In case anyone is interested, I rubbed it with montreal steak seasoning, garlic and herb mrs. dash and mccormick's worchestershire pepper blend. Will definitely make again!
