Linda's Cranberry Cookies

yum yum yum!! added these to my christmas cookie platter and they turned out fantasticc!! I couldnt find dried cranberrys at the store when I went, but i did find a bag of mixed berries, it had cranberries, cherries, strawberrys etc i think this made them evenn better!! yummmm! I think next time i will add macadamia nuts! yum thanks so much!

Butter Tarts I

These are so yummy and so very easy as i used premade tart shells. The cook time is waayyyy to high I did mine for 10 mins at 400 and then about 10-15 mins on 350. I tripled the recipe and it made 60 medium sized tarts!

Coconut Macaroons III

These taste AWESOME but im soo dissapointed I used parchment paper as stated and every single macaroon stuck and the bottoms ripped off, so although they are VERYY tasty they look too ugly to put out with all the other baking for christmas guests...soo dissapointed!

Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread

Yummmy!! I made alot of alterations...I wanted to make this more health concious so i used half white flour/whole wheat flour, subbed apple sacue for oil, more coconut and more pineapple as i didnt have enough banana and added 1 cup of splenda rather than regualr sugar and they turned out AMAZINGGGGGG!! I made a second batch for the hubby and added white chocolate chips...next time I will use macadamian nuts! Thanks so much for a great recipe!

Veggie Pizza

WOW!!!! This was amazing!! Took this to a potluck recently and it was the only thing gonee! Everyone loveeddd it and I just loved the ranch/cream cheese/sour cream mixture, I will make that to have on hand at home for dipping veggies! SOO good, thanks sooo much!!!

These were great, I made them for a baby shower and everyone raved about how good they were...little did they know they were SOOOOOOO easy! Only addition I made was to add almond extract as well! great recipe I will definatley make again!

Chicken Stir-Fry

This was so good! I cooked the chicken and then just added the veggies and chicken broth and let it all cook untill the sauce thickened and veggies were tender but still had some crisp! Very easy, tastey and Healthy!

No-Fuss Cinnamon Cheesecake

I made this for a baby shower this past weekend and everyone LOVED it! It was so simple, the only thing I did different was to add almond extract to the cream cheese filling.I definatley recommend doing that!

Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken

We didnt like this much, I made it with whole wheat pasta and I that was a mistake. I followed the recipe to a tee and the pasta would just not cook properly. I gave it three stars because I think its worth another try with regular white pasta!

Glazed Meatloaf I

This recipe was really good, very moist. I followed other reviews and used bread crumbs instead of cubed bread, used vinegar in place of lemon as I had none on hand and spelnda brown sugar instead of regular. Next time I make this I will add less sugar, a little to sweet for us.

Creamy Rice Pudding

I personally do not like rice pudding, but my bf had been asking me to make it for him for quite sometime. He LOVED this recipe, he ate almost all of it! So it definatley gets five stars from him!
