Wow! I don't really care for pancakes, but will eat this recipe any day. My whole family loved it. I did double it for a family of four and it was the perfect amount. I did not change the recipe at all.

This wasn't anything I would ever make again. I made it for my daughters birthday and we didn't care for the flavor. Very heavy cake, almost like a pound cake and the flavor was nothing I would expect out of a cake. I rarely rate anything this low but would hate to have someone make this for a special occasion just to have it be an embarassment.

Wow is this good. I made it for my bunko group and everyone loved it. I made it without the nuts in case someone was allergic. Don't think they are needed to make this one a winner. Very easy to make and I just put it in the fridge once it had cooled some to keep the carmel and chocolate chips from being too gooey or sticky when eating it. Definitely will be using this recipe again.
