Asparagus Chicken Crepes
I have made this recipe as written and it was wonderful. The second time I used broccoli instead of asparagus and mushrooms instead of ham because that is what I had in the fridge. My family really enjoyed both.

Southwestern Egg Rolls
I made these for a baby shower, everyone raved about them. I thought they were better than Chili's not so "pasty". I tried both tortillas and egg roll wrappers. The wrappers were much easier to roll and fried up crisper and more tender.

Cajun Chicken Pasta
I have been making a cajun chicken pasta recipe almost the same for years but instead of sauteing in just butter I use a combination of olive oil and butter and omit the cream altogether. I did try it with the cream and it was a nice change.
