Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Cookies
The addition of instant pudding makes these cookies incredibly moist, and they raise very well. I mix up the ingredients a lot (different types of nuts/pudding/chips) to vary the flavor.

Golden Carrot Buns
These buns always turn out. The carrot is not a strong flavor, but makes for a beautiful golden color. The molasses adds just the right hint of sweetness. I've made these for years and have always gotten rave reviews.
