Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This is so yummy. I had leftover roasted potatos, carrots, onion, and celery from the day before so I diced them up put them in the boiling water/bouillon mixture with diced ham. I also added some cooked crumbled bacon. Lastly, I added a small amount of potato flakes to thicken it up abit.

Oreo(TM) Cookie Cake
This was really good. I followed the suggestion of another and used half of the cream cheese called for. I also crushed up the oreos to crumbs instead of chunks. The flavor was awesome!!
