My family loves this, and we call it "Chicken SOMEORA" (as in, they always ask for some more!). Thanks so much for this delicious, easy recipe.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2008
I add a can of cream of chicken soup instead of some of the broth, and additional spices. This is fantastic, and we love it!

These are very good. I cheated, and used prepared Pico de Gallo from the store, added the diced mango, lime, extra cilanto, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Great super quick meal!

Thai Peanut Chicken

My family really enjoyed this dish! I added shredded carrots for a bit more color and crunch, and substitued cashews for the peanuts. DOUBLE the sauce, or it will not be enough! Thanks so much for this great recipe.

Bacon and Balsamic Glazed Sugar Snap Peas

Really yummy, and quick! Even my picky 8 year old loves these and is happy when they are part of our meal. I love these in the spring when it's still chilly in the evenings. Thanks for this great recipe!

Cream Peas

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
Not a personal favorite for me, but my kids LOVE them, and beg for them whenever I ask which vegetable they want! I have used canned peas as I usually have them on hand, so maybe that affects the flavor. Very easy, and quick, great side dish for a busy evening! THANKS!

Chicken Noodle Casserole II

When your family is fighting over the leftovers, you know it's a great meal. You can make tweaks to this recipe depending upon what you have on hand, but it's a winner every time! Everyone loves it, and I've shared the recipe with others and they've raved, too! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!

Butter Snow Flakes

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2006
Excellent, easy cookie. I omitted the orange (didn't have any) and added green food coloring to make my trees green. I sprinkled the unbaked cookies with colored sugar. It added a nice touch! Will be making more of these tomorrow, possibly will drizzle icing on them prior to adding the colored sugar to dress them up more, but these are great and worked so well in my cookie press! THANKS!

Chicken with Mushrooms, Prosciutto, and Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2006
WOW!! DOUBLE WOW!!! This was AMAZING! My husband likes to guess how much a certain dish would have been if we had ordered it in a restaurant. He says this is a $19.95 dish! :) I didn't have mushrooms, so I did the chicken (boneless breasts) with the garlic, butter, S&P and prosciutto for an hour (perfect!) and then used a can of cream of mushroom soup for the base for the sauce. To the soup I added the sour cream, white wine, a little milk and the drippings from the chicken. We served the sauce over the chicken AND mashed potatoes. It was terrific! Definitely a keeper, a 5 star recipe, and one of our new favorites. THANKS!!

Not great, tasted OK, but we will not try this one again. We served it over rice, but I think noodles would have been a better choice.

We served this for a special dinner, and it was a big hit! Everyone commented on the great flavor! I made it pretty much exactly as specified (but I don't really measure) and we really enjoyed it. We'll be making this again!

Pumpkin Swirl Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2005
Very good tasting, but not very visually appealing. I did add cinnamon chips to the tops of the loaves, which was a great addition. The loaves looked very brown on top, but did not taste overdone at all! My family loved them, and they disappeared quickly. The cream cheese swirl was great. I do recommend heating before eating the next day, as it definitely tastes better warm. Thanks for the recipe!

Easy Quiche

Use a bit less milk, and a baking stone if you have one...it makes the crust much more "crusty"! I used spinach, bacon and seasonings, and it was wonderful. Can't mess this one up!
