Pasta Pomodoro
i added more garlic, 1/2 chicken broth and half white wine, a little more tomatoes and shrimp it was delicious!!!!!!

Butter Roast Chicken
this was a very good roasted chicken recipe. I used only 3/4 of the 1/3 cup lemon juice, and half the butter and it still had too much butter. My friends said its def a keeper and I trust them to tell me the truth. I used fresh rosemary since i have a tree and i think that is what made it so good.

Bourbon Pecan Chicken
you HAVE to tweak this recipe for it to be a 5 star. dont use as much mustard. 1 tlbs is enough. and only 2 tbls bourbon. everything else the same. i get rave reviews every time i cook this meal for people.
