Bessy's Zesty Grilled Garlic-Herb Chicken

OMG Sooo good. Omit sugar, double honey. Add 1 cup white wine and 2 tbs corn starch to marinade and boil. Bake 15 min each side at 350.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Wow! I've tried many variations of banana bread recipes and this one is the best! Changes: A full batch fits perfectly into 2- 5 1/2 X 9" Loaf pans, Baked at 325 for 1 hour 15 minutes Added 1 tbsp Epicure Apple Pie Spice (cinnimon, cloves, nutmeg...) Light Sour Cream worked great! Thank-you Esther!
