Corn Dog Muffins
These were good. Used gluten-free corn bread mix and it worked perfectly. I sliced the hotdogs and next time I'll add them right in to the dough rather them placing them in the middle. That didn't work so well. My 5 year old loved these!

Bat Cupcakes
These are adorable. I used them to "Boo" my neighbors. They were very fun and not hard to do. I felt so creative! Thanks for the great idea.

Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake
This was delicious! I followed other reviewers advice and added frozen berries just before baking so it didn't all turn purple, and I kept them in the freezer until I needed them. Also used 2T of baking powder. This didn't last a day in my house because we all had second and third helpings.
