Spicy Peach-Glazed Pork Chops
I made this tonight for dinner and it was absolutely wonderful! My husband isn't a big fan of peaches so I used apricot preserves instead and it couldn't have been more delicious.

Low-Fat Macaroni and Cheese
I thought this was a great low-fat recipe and the only change I made was using whole grain pasta in it. Add a little salt and pepper to taste and it is delicious AND has way more fat than my usual homemade macaroni and cheese does. Thanks for the recipe!

Luau Beef Tenderloin Steaks
I made this steak for my husband and 4 kids tonight and it was a big hit! I didn't change a thing and it was perfect. Thanks for sharing this recipe Lorraine - definitely a keeper.
