Peach-Basil Sangria
I was really disappointed with this recipe. It was too sweet and "syrupy". I would not have used all the peach nectar or nearly that much sugar. I did however like the basil flavor.

BAKER'S Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies
AWESOME COOKIE! My husband and I loved them. I did use crunchy peanut butter but kept the rest of the recipe the same. I personally really liked the chunks of chocolate, yet the oatmeal made them feel like they were a bit healthy! I will certainly be using this recipe again soon.

Seafood Piccata
My husband and I loved this recipe. We did tweek it a bit after reading some of the other reviews. We will certainly be eating this again and I'm eager to fix it for guests.
