White Chocolate-Macadamia Nut Oatmeal Cookies

Followed the recipe exactly except used walnuts instead of macadamias. They are AMAZING and took hardly any time at all. Will be making them again and again :)

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Amazing recipe. Just made this for dinner and my husband and I absolutely love it. I left out the sugar, used 3 chicken breasts, sliced green bell pepper, and some onion wedges and marinated it all for over an hour. Then poured it all into a 9x13 dish and baked at 450 for 30 minutes. I'll definitely be making this again.

Portobello Penne Pasta Casserole

I was excited to try this recipe because it sounded interesting and got so many good reviews, but while it might have been edible, it was not enjoyable. The amount of margarine (I substituted butter) that it called for was unbelievable, but I stuck to half a cup as directed in the recipe, which made the pasta incredibly GREASY (you're already using two cups of cheese for this, you do not need a whole stick of butter as well). The soy sauce also gave it a very odd taste that was completely out of place and did not compliment the other flavors. Sadly, this dish turned out to be a waste of my time and ingredients.
