I am sorry to say I really did not like this soup.. It tasted a bit off. Could be the wine I used, not sure. Also, are red onions typically used for French Onion Soup? I think that may have been part of the problem..

This is great but I agree with others that garlic powder should be used instead of garlic salt. It was still yummy even though it was a bit too salty! I used chicken strips instead of cutlets, to make it more "fajita" -like. Also used about 2/3rds of a large can of diced tomatoes (drained) in place of regular tomatoes. Turned out pretty good!

Wonderful recipe. I did add an extra clove of garlic to the roasted vegetables, also extra mozzarella to the lasagna. For added flavor, the tomato sauce I used was Bertolli's Tomato & Basil. Complimented the vegetables very nicely :)
