Easter Diner "just bring something"

Hey everyone!

Happy Easter, Vernal Eqinox, Spring or whichever you prefer.  May the powers that be bless everything in your world and my the sun shine on your tomorrows.  The flowers are blooming and the food is flowing so be happy and enjoy.

OK, greatings aside, My husband and I are going to my sisters's for Easter dinner.  She's my Mother (dead, God bless her soul I miss her every day I live ) Incarnate and I have to bring something tastey to add to the feast.

I LOVE PASTA!!! My family not so much but I AM working on them. Potatoes in any fasion are WONDERFUL!

I make a WONDRFUL meatloaf. Savory yet tender. My homemade chicken noodle soup is to die for. I make a chicken salad that would make you weep.
My cooking tragedies
I CANNOT MAKE A DESENT PANCAKE!!! This is my KriptoniTe. WHY? My waffles are quite delisious but I cannot make pancakes. Accept the things we cannot change?
