Tater Tot Casserole
This is such a great dish! I did make a few changes and wouldn't change a thing: I didn't add any ketchup. I used 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup so it wouldn't be too dry, I added a can of drained french style green beans, sauteed mushrooms and then before putting on the tater tots, I layered the top of the meat mixture with Velveeta slices and topped that with french fried onions and then put the tator tots on top. Yummy!

Beef Cabbage Stew
This is such a great warm dish to serve up on a cold day. My whole family loved it! Here's how I did it: I browned the meat and then put it in a crockpot. I added the veggies and put in 2 cans of beef broth instead of using beef boullion and water. I also added a packet of McCormicks slow cooker beef stew seasoning to it for extra flavor. I added the tomato sauce and also added a can of diced tomatoes (juice drained). I didn't add the potatoes and cabbage until about 4 hours till serving time as we like those 2 with a bit of a "crunch" and not mushy/soggy. I cooked it on low in the crockpot for about 8 hours. The meat was very tender and very flavorable! Thanks for the great recipe! I will be making this again!

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy
This recipe was to die for! My family are very picky eaters and I didn't have a drop leftover! I added worsheshire sauce to the hamburger mix for extra flavor and didn't use beef boullion cubes - used beef broth instead. Fried them, then baked them in 350 degree oven for about 30 min. and they came out great! Also used cream of mushroom soup in the gravy mixture. Will defitely add this recipe to our family dinner rotation!
