Libby's(R) Pumpkin Cranberry Bread
This is terrific for shipping - I found it a bit oily for my tastes, and too sweet. (No one else thought it was too sweet, so don't worry!) It held up great in the post, though, and arrived moist, so the oilyness wasn't a factor for gift recipients.

Creamy Blueberry Pie
This is a late review, as I made THREE of these for the 4th of July - but they were awesome. My changes were: replace 1/2 the sugar (filling and topping) with brown sugar. Add lemon zest, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the filling. Add cinnamon to the topping. This made extra topping for me, too (which is great - so many recipes make too little) so only 2 batches' worth was enough for the three pies. This pie was even better the 2nd day. (I'd tell you about the third day, but they were all gone....)

Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Thanks so much! I'd bought sweet potatoes because I'd heard they were a nice change from regular, but I didn't know how to cook them. I used 1/2 the butter, and 1/2 the milk, (figuring I could add more if necessary) but I didn't need it. The nutmeg and cloves another user suggested were divine. Thanks so much for posting this easy, easy, delicious recipe!
