Baked Potato Soup
Very good soup! I used red potatoes since I had them on hand and increased the bacon. It's not what I would normally call a true baked potato soup.

Pumpkin Turkey Chili
This quick to put together! We loved the flavor, we didn't specifically taste the pumpkin but it made it nice and thick. Will be making this one often.

Brown Rice Black Bean Burrito
This was great!! I added ground turkey and increased the chili powder. Hubby has said VERY GOOD several times so it rates 5 stars. For 2 definitely makes enough for leftovers and expect it will freeze well for a quick dinner later.
