Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
I made in two 18 quart roasters for a company function. It was a hit, as it should be. I got lots of compliments, even days later. I thought it was fantastic and easy to do in mass quantities since they're aren't a lot of ingredients compared to other chili recipes. Definitely will make again!

Spicy Bean Salsa
I love this recipe. It's easy and tasty! Although, instead of Italian dressing, I use about equal parts extra virgin olive oil and basalmic vinegar mixed with a pinch of salt and pepper with a splash of lemon juice. I like to use red onion instead of white because the basalmic turns the white onion brown-ish.

Chocolate Caramel Brownies
The best brownies I've ever had. I made these for Christmas and everyone loved them. I omitted the pecans, but only because of my brothers nut allergy.
