Fried Onion Rings
Use less oil and use (1 tsp) Jamaican jerk seasoning, if you get a chance. My husband declared, "these are the best onion rings I think I've tried" (and he does not throw out compliments). I used a deep and wide, heavy pot and only 1 1/2 c of oil, and it was plenty (because I flipped them once anyway).
