Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews
Yummy! I used 1/2 recipe of the sauce for about 1/2 pound broccoli. I sauted the garlic in the butter (less than called for, about 1 tablespoon), mixed the soy sauce (lower sodium), vinegar, and brown sugar together in a very small bowl with maybe 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, then added the contents of the bowl to the butter/garlic and cooked until thickened. Cashews were raw unsalted toasted briefly on a pan in my toaster oven. This will be a regular here!
