My Favorite Pork Turkey Meatloaf
Thank you for a great EASY recipe!
I halved it, since I live alone. I'm on day 3 of it and loving it! I'm a full time student, so I love something that I can make early in the week and then just heat up a bit when I come home tired and hungry.
My variation: I replaced the breadcrumbs and wheat germ with my concoction of RedHill muesili, wheat germ and flax seed and was quite pleased with myself (I don't have the cooking gene, so anytime I actually cook from scratch it is a huge victory). I think I might throw in a few more raisins the next time to add moisture, texture and a blast of sweet. It was really good!
