These were really good. Kids loved them. The only things I changed was that we didn't have dates so I used dried blueberries and I hate having so much white sugar in a recipe so I replaced it with all brown sugar and they turned out tasting GREAT. Thanks for the delish simple recipe!

Everytime I make this my younger sister's friend goes crazy. She loves peanut butter and what could be better than peanut butter cookies sandwiched with a sweet peanut butter filling. Thanks for such a good recipe. (Even though I double this recipe for the twenty or so kids in our youth center they're usually gone before dinner time)
