Raspberry Peach Crumble
I found this to be WAY too sweet. Next time I'd use less than half the sugar the recipe calls for. I used five peaches and a cup of blueberries — I followed the advice of other reviewers and added flour, but it wasn't quite enough. I'd use four tablespoons of flour next time, with that amount of fruit. I'd also use wild blueberries so they don't burst and turn everything purply. I think this recipe holds a lot of promise, though! I'd definitely make it again.

Black Bean and Salsa Soup
What a wonderful, quick recipe! I followed the wise advice of others and sautéed three chopped cloves of garlic in a bit of olive oil and then blended everything together in the pot with a hand blender to save on dishes. I had 19 oz. cans of beans and they worked just fine — I blended one in and kept the other aside, so half the beans were whole. I used three teaspoons of cumin and added a teaspoon of lime juice — I'd recommend using freshly squeezed lime juice. This was delicious, quick, easy, and I usually have all these ingredients on hand — I love this recipe!! Thanks so much.

White Peach Sangria
this recipe is wonderful but it NEEDS club soda at a ration of 1:1 just like that other review states. it's way too bopzy otherwise. my husband loves it, and he doesn't usually like sangria at all. thanks for the great recipe!!
