Creamy Lemon Pie
I made this for Easter. My son & husband loved it. I used low fat condensed milk and reduced fat graham crackers for pie crust. We will have this again for a refreshing treat!

Foolproof Rib Roast
This turned out great, it was a little hard not to keep the oven on for the whole cooking time but like the other reviews it works.
