I am a 41 yr old mom of three with three grandkids, cooking is an important thing for me..I love to see my family enjoying a meal I have prepared! I love to bake....breads especially. My family is always asking when the next batch of bread is coming! I am german so the tradition in my family is to pass down the family recipe for spaetzle, and of course rouladen...noone could cook like my oma! I love to get my 13 yr old daughter into the kitchen and teach her all of my cooking tricks and secrets! Would have to be my homemade bread....it always comes out perfect!! lol There have been many of these ..lol, but the worst would have to be the Tamales i attempted to make about 4 mos ago....they truly were a tragedy!!
