Almond Chicken Casserole II
Really good! I agree with BeccaP's changes. I also swapped the cup of mayo for a 1/2 cup of light mayo and 1/2 cup of light sour cream. I also added the extra can of cream of chicken soup. It wouldn't have been nearly as creamy as it was if I hadn't.

Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins
Delicious! I think it could have used more zucchini though. I used 1 cup and 1/4 cup of zucchini and still thought it could have used some more. They were still really great though!

Carrie's Artichoke and Sun-dried Tomato Pasta
Delicious! I didn't have olives on hand, but I followed the rest of the recipe exactly as it states. It was so flavorful! Next time I'll definitely make more noodles though. It was quite a bit of sauce for not all that many noodles. But, overall, it was a great recipe!
