I have only had a bread machine for a few months so am not an expert. I made this recipe yesterday and followed the recipe exactly, execept I added 1 TBS vital wheat gluten. This bread is so far, my favorite! It was light and just slightly sweet. Very yummy and I will make this bread often!

I bought a bread machine a few weeks ago and was not having the best luck with it. Most of the bread fell or came out like a brick. This bread came out great! I did take the advice of other reviewers and used 1/4 cup honey, one tsp salt, changed the flour to 2 cps whole wheat and one cup bread flour. I also added one tbsp vital wheat gluten. Bread filled my 1 1/2 -2 lb machine. Was light and flavorful. Thanks for a great recipe!
