Tacos in Pasta Shells
This was simply the best thing I have tasted in ages. I added diced tomatoes and olives and used the shredded tex mex cheese. My husband was also very happy with this recipe. Try it and enjoy!

Turkey and Hash Brown Casserole
This is delicious the only thing I do different is I do not ad the broccoli as I find it gets to mushy. Instead near the end of cooking I add frozen peas.

Roasted Rack of Lamb
I found this the best way to do rack of lamb in the oven. It is so moist and tender. I will be serving this up at my next dinner party.Thank you!
