After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup
Everyone raved about this soup! I made it just as it was posted and yes, maybe next time I will try to cut down on the fat content, and hopefully not sacrifice any of the taste.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
Great recipe. Cooked it outside the bird, if you do be sure to stir and check moisture at 30 minutes as others have suggested. Using sage pork sausage work well, otherwise made as directed.

Shredded Brussels Sprouts
This is an excellent side dish for your Thanksgiving dinner. I have tried many other Brussel sprout recipes from this site and never have I had the compliments that this one garnered. As others recommended I quartered the sprouts rather than shredding. Next time I will take the time to shred which could only make the dish tastier. I did sub slivered almonds for pine nuts just for convenience and will probably cut back to 1/2 cup next time. This recipe will definitely will show up on our table again.
